A STUDENT that fails to score at least 80% on the final exam will be required to re-test on another day. The STUDENT agrees that they may not be certified or given credit for the course unless they spend at least 8-hours in the online course and score 80% or higher on the final exam. STUDENT may be required to pay fees to COURSE PROVIDER if through no fault of COURSE PROVIDER, STUDENT requests a duplicate and/or reissue of the original certificate of completion. The COURSE PROVIDER is prohibited from issuing a client completion form if the STUDENT has not met all the requirements for course completion and a STUDENT shall not accept a completion form under such circumstances. The STUDENT agrees to complete all phases of the approved curriculum in order to receive a completion certificate.

All students will go through the software evaluation after registration, but prior to the start of the course. The course recommends that the hardware be equipped with speakers.
The course requires the use of a pointing device such as a mouse. The minimum hardware required is such that it should be able to support the software configuration listed above. The browsers need to support Java and JavaScript. Minimum browser requirements are the use of Microsoft Internet Explorer (MSIE) 9.0 or greater, Firefox, Google Chrome, or any other browsers that provide equal or greater functionality. The COURSE PROVIDER prescribes minimum hardware and software requirements for completing the course. AAA will report the student's completion of the course to the DMV within 1 business day or 24 hours. It is your responsibility to determine if your court accepts this computer-based DIP course to satisfy court required driver improvement courses.ĪAA Online Driver Improvement Program Certificate will be sent to the student by email within 24 hours of course completion. Safe driving points will NOT awarded if we do not receive your court notification prior to completion of your final exam.

Note if you are completing this course for court purposes and safe driving points are to be awarded, you must email ( your court notification to us prior to completion of your online final exam. This availability may be affected by circumstances such as, but not limited to: system, site or connectivity failure over which the COURSE PROVIDER has no control. The course will be available to the STUDENT 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Once the online course has been successfully completed and the online final exam passed, a completion certificate will be emailed to the student within 24 hours. We understand that some students may read faster than the timer will permit you to advance, but state regulations prohibit us from changing or disabling the timers for any reason. Some states require timers on each page of the course. COURSE SCHEDULEĪAA, hereafter referred to as the COURSE PROVIDER, offers a course composed of nine (9) training units, which spans 8 hours in length. This fee includes all required instructional materials and needs to be paid prior to course completion.
